Delivery
We ship throughout the Netherlands. Shipping costs € 6.95; orders from € 50 ship free. After payment you receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order.
Pick up in Hilversum
Pick-up is free, at our shop at Oosterspoorplein 1 in Hilversum, next to the station. Choose Pick up at checkout.
Platform delivery
Travelling via Hilversum Centraal? From € 15 we bring your order to the platform for € 1.95 (introductory price until 31 December 2026, then € 2.95). You choose your train at checkout, during shop opening hours. How it works
Payment
You pay securely through our payment partner Mollie, including iDEAL. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Your bank details never reach us.
Returns and cooling-off period
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. To return something, let us know within that period at info@bee-station.nl; you then have another 14 days to send the product back. Return shipping is at your expense. We refund the purchase price, including standard shipping, within 14 days of your notice; we may wait until we have received the product.
Cannot be returned: products whose seal has been broken after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as opened jars of honey and care products), perishable products such as honey ice cream and Medovik, and packages we put together or personalised at your request.
Something not right?
Did something break in transit or is your order incorrect? Email us as soon as possible, preferably with a photo, and we will sort it out together.
