Who we are

What data
When you order: your name, address, email address, phone number, your order, your delivery choice and any comment. For a quote request: the details you fill in on the form. Your bank details are processed by our payment partner and never reach us.
What for
To process and deliver your order and email you about it, and to answer your quote request. We keep order data for as long as Dutch tax law requires (7 years). We never sell your data and never send you a newsletter unless you sign up for it.
Who we work with
Mollie (payments), Twilio SendGrid (sending confirmation emails) and our hosting in the Netherlands. Agreements are in place with them on protecting your data.
Your rights
You can ask us to view, correct or delete your data by emailing info@bee-station.nl. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
